PeachBumX Return Policy
At PeachBumX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on regular-priced, unwashed items that are free from stains and pet hair.
Non-Returnable Items:

Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, and similar items are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons.

Discounted or special offer items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@peachbumx.com. Provide pictures and relevant details, and our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days to assist with a return or exchange.
Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Stain-free and unworn items are required for returns.

A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returnable items.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Window:

The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Import Duties & Customs:

Please prepay any customs duties (DDP) for returns. PeachBumX does not cover import duties on returned items. If customs duties are not prepaid, we will not be able to accept the charges, and your package may be returned to you.

Due to the personal nature of our products and our strict health and hygiene policy, underwear and intimate items that have been tried on are not eligible for return or exchange.
